New Ram Lamb

Haven't kept this up. Anyway we had a beautiful day. I trimmed the fruit trees. Had another lamb, brown boy.

5 week old pups

Sunday the pups were 5 weeks old. They are changing so much. It is fun interacting with them. After being without the computer for a week due to my error Marvin Welch was able to fix the computer for me. He is very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Good Day

Today we had water first thing in the morning; relief! We did some shopping and started feeding puppies twice a day. They should be ready for solid food soon. Beautiful winter day with nice temps.

Exciting 2nd day of 2011

Today we had no water. Thought it was the well being frozen. So we waited and it came on. Then we discovered that the tops of the irrigation came off in the big garden. Hank will get to it sometime this week. Later the younger ewe had 2 ram lambs. Put them in the milk room til tomorrow.

Boring New Years

Today we spent inside for the most part. I did manage to feed early and defrost frozen water buckets for the animals. It never did warm up much except for around 2 pm. We are wanting some warmer weather for the start of the new week but should be only 14 tonight and around 45 tomorrow so it will have to wait til later around Thursday when we get rain. We are starting the new year off with no eggs; bummer. The pups are growing and will be a month old tomorrow. We need to take some updated photos.
